Is it actually "Free and clear" or does their name appear as "Legal owner" and yours as "Registered owner"?

If it is indeed clear, it merely means someone messed up, and if and when they catch the error they will correct it. I'm sure they have a contract you signed, so if you are asking "Do I still have to pay?" the answer is yes.

Wouldn't that be nice. They will probably contact you and ask you to send it to them. My bank accidentally sent me the wrong title one time and mark it paid. I knew it was an accident and called them up and thanked them. They just asked me to drop it off.

Uh huh.. that's exactly what it means!

Wait till they find out about the mistake! They're going to be at your door with armored tanks and blow horns demanding you turn yourself over at once!

Woo hoo!

Call me when they get there!!!!
