Try placing a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side. This will decrease pull on your pelvis and keep your spine in proper alignment. Think about keeping your spine in alignment (when sleeping) that should help decrease pain. Your prob bothering a disk L4-5?? If it continues see a ortho MD.

Maybe you sleep in some position that cuts off blood circulation and puts your foot to sleep. Walking around fixes circulation and your leg feels better. Try sleeping in a different position.

Sounds like bad circulation...see your doctor for advice.

I bet you either lay with your legs crossed or on your side for long periods. my daughter gets this all the time!

go to the doctor and make x-rays , that's the best thing
