There isn't one. The word used for "Hell" in the old testament refers to a real place outside the walls of jeruselem where trash was thrown and burned along with the bodies of criminals.
The word Hell was taken from the norse; Hel :
In Norse mythology, Hel is the ruler of Helheim, the realm of the dead. She is the youngest child of the evil god Loki and the giantess Angrboda. She is usually described as a horrible hag, half alive and half dead, with a gloomy and grim expression. Her face and body are those of a living woman, but her thighs and legs are those of a corpse, mottled and moldering.
The concept for eternal torment comes from the greek Tartarus.

If you want to understand the truth, there is always an answer. Turn to 2nd. Peter 2:4 For If God spared not the angels that sinned, But cast them down to Hell & delivered them into chains of darkness to be reserved unto Judgement. Now Go to Jude verse 6: And the angels which kept not their first estate but left their own habitation he hath reseved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the Judgement of the Great day. Now The Bible also said that the saints shall even Judge angels, We have to see when these angels fell from God Grace, It was at the beginning of time, Because satan was the most highest angel except God himself in heaven Until iniquity was found in him. Now do you want to see the judgement of these angels. Read Revelation chpater 20:4-15 So hell was created in the beginning as was paridise in the heart of the earth during the Old Testament time Until Christ rose from the dead & brought those saints of old with him.

Don't you hate it, when your peers believe you to be so.... witty and clever? Then, you try your luck in the Big World and go home with a new realization... Creation doesn't cover your subject, and but the saga of a "fallen angel" should have, by now, been mentioned by at least 1-2 people (by the time I finish typing). Stick to things you know. Or, read. How about that?

He didn't create it, it was generated by Lucifer and the other fallen angels because of their rebellion against God|
What their fall did was affect a portion of creation (wider than this physical universe), and bring it to a state of unstable disorder|
The instability was self-feeding, until there was an utter collapse of it into a state of absolute and total chaos| - (the unreachable "knot" in reality)|
That is the Lake of Fire or the Second Death described in Revelation|
People who end up there do so because they have followed Lucifer's pattern of behavior in their life with their "non-serviam||"
This, by the dynamics of reality, sets them on the same path as Lucifer who is destined to end up there|
People set themselves on this path by treating only themselves as if they had any importance or reality, and who use all other persons as mere means, no matter what the consequences to those persons|
That is the ultimate non-serviam as that person refuses to serve his fellow men, but instead lives entirely selfishly| That is exactly what Lucifer opted to do before God|

God didn't. Hell is a creation of the church.
Personally, I couldn't think of a worse afterlife than having to spend the rest of eternity being stared at by those you have wronged....

When He gave us choice. Two choices. Jesus is preparing the place for us, that I am more interested in.
Unfortunately there are not other choices tan go to hell if you do not chose to go to heaven. But heaven is offered to everyone.
I know people who do not want to go to hell but they do not want to be with God either. If you do not love God, why should he save you from the choice you made. You have the free will after all.

There's no such place as 'hell', so don't sweat it. Just have some french toast w/ syrup, a tall glass of cold chocolate milk and enjoy your day.

When Satan rebelled. Hell was never intended for man. Man just chooses to go there by denying Christ.
