Not necessarily in the sense that animals do. But like all other organisms they process certain inputs and produce certain outputs (oxygen, for example), some of which we may characterize as waste. Plant cells have internal sacs called vacuoles that are used for storage, and that a lot of what gets stored is waste--vacuoles can account for as much as 90 percent of cell volume in a mature plant.

Every thing except human beings does not produce waste products. So, plants also does not produce waste products.
This is because my perception on the term "WASTE PRODUCT" is the products that can't be recycled and lie as a waste and pollute our environment.
Take for instance, the excreta turns out to be a natural mannure.
So, plants never give out any waste products.

They are either a toxic or useful material , while certain plant like pitcher plant of Meghalaya produces acids , it traps insects and kill. Plants bear a fruits to protect the seeds, the seed germinates and the rest portion become rotten as waste products.

Waste means anything which is not needed for that system or place. hence a material is considered as waste in one place and the same material considered as reource in some other place. say example leaves, papers are considered as waste in streets but these are the raw materials for compost preparation.
In same way the gases such as CO2 (released during respiration) O2 (released during photosynthesis) are the waste products of plants.
