Our dog barks at nothing. I hear footsteps. Yesterday, both kitchen windows opened 4 inches simutaneously and cold air came rushing in. Garage door has opened on its own. This morning my shed doors were standing open. Hmmmm. What do you think?

Open the Bible and start reading and praying. Command that they leave your house in Jesus' name.

I have a dog currently myself; and sometimes she barks her own head off for no reason.... but as we can't tell what our furry little friend is thinking anyhow; to your dog, there could be a valid reason for it barking.... lol
And as for the door, cold air and windows; you are most likely experiencing a 'vacuum', when a large amount of air is trying to force it's way through a small gap, to the next room or just to another area.... this is the most probable reason for you feeling the chill, as it were...
But at the same time, I'm not excluding the idea of ghosts.
I mean, humans throughout history have discovered hundreds of anomalies, that can only be questioned...
Personally, I have experienced strange stuff myself; and I am quite in tune with many things - if you are getting a bad vibe, or are actually experiencing more tangible, and physical anomalies, then I'd consider seeking an expert who knows about the other world.
but in general, look at the logical explanations first....
And if you haven't found any explanations, then I wouldn't worry too much, if there are ghosts in your house, they are most probably neutral poltergeists, who'll do no harm.
Besides, we only fear what we can't understand.
Im only 16, so not at the peak of my wisdom yet lol.

My dog barks at nothing as well. I chalk it to her being a paranoid airhead.

But if you do believe in ghosts, then I'll pass along the advice I've heard from others. Go around your house with holy water (or, if you are pagan, burning sage works the same way), and encourage them to go on to the afterlife. It would help if you knew the name of the ghost. Ghosts are non-harmful, but you don't want them to hang around here for an eternity. That would simply be cruel.

i have a very good way to handle this to make sure theres no explanation or just a trick of the eye. Any place in your house without carpet will work. In an area lay out a big space of baby powder or flour. It will pick up energys that come apon it. Leave it there overnight and in the moring check on it and see what is there.

Good Luck To You!

Well, I do believe in spirits or whatever you call them...my grandmother's house was that way...the tv would come on by it self, and lights would come on, even in the middle of the night...Nothing ever hurt us though...just weird things....
