I think you are referring to the '15 Guinea Special' intended to be the last steam hauled train ever over British Railways. It left Liverpool Line Street on 15 August 1968. It was filmed by numerous people, but if you look at this page:- http://www.edirectory.co.uk/pf/880/mia/pid/4053050,
