Completely basic: parvus mons

Breaking it down:

In the singular:
Nominative - parvus mons (little hill)
Genitive - parvi montis (of the little hill)
Dative - parvo monti (to the little hill)
Accusative - parvum montem (little hill)
Ablative - parvo monte (little hill)

In the plural:
Nominative - parvi montes (little hills)
Genitive - parvorum montum (of the little hills)
Dative - parvis montibus (to the little hills)
Accusative - parvos montes (little hills)
Ablative - parvis montibus (little hills)

Remember, "v" in latin, is always pronounced as a "w".
By the way, mons literally means "mountain", but hill is also another translation of mons, montis.

Both of the above answers look okay. A synonym of 'colliculus' is 'monticellus'. The name of Thomas Jefferson's home "Monticello" derives from this word by way of Italian.
