Boxer! We had two, and they are the best dogs in the world. They're good with kids, and I highly recommend a boxer.

It all depends! Each breed is great for the right families. It all depends on what kind of house you have, time to spend with your dog, and accomplishments you want to achieve.
If you have a big house, with a big yard, and not too young of kids, then a Malmute is great (Not that if you have kids you can't get one). Malmutes can be big but they are loving!
Boxers are another great breed! Some of our very good friends have a Boxer and he is the sweetest thing. Boxers also like having more 'space', but they can cope in lesser areas.
Labs are very bright at times, but very goofy at others! Labs are one of the silliest breeds of dogs I know. They are normally good with kids, and train fairly easy.
Do some more research before you pick out the perfect one!

Depends on your situation. Apartment? House with small yard? Big yard? How active are you? What part of the country do you live in? If you will answer some questions about yourself and your situation .......it'll save you alot of trouble.....and hopefully keep someone out of a shelter. Boxers are wonderful dogs........VERY active as are Labs and Malamutes. My personal choice between your choices would be a boxer. They are wonderful All-around breed

There's a lot more you need to be looking into here. You really need to research each breed, find a reputable breeder of each breed and discuss with them what you want in a dog to determine if one of these breeds will suit your lifestyle. A good breeder will be your best resource for making an educated decision and will tell you the pros AND the cons of their breed.

I have a 1 yr. old boxer and he is the best dog ever. They are very playful and have big personalities. It was very easy to housebreak him and they are very smart dogs. You do have to make sure buy from a good breeder because some boxers can be born with hip and joint problems. trust me if you go with a boxer you wont regret it.

Can't you fix up to visit breeders of all these dogs and see which breed you have more of an affinity with ? If ya know what I mean :P
PS
Labradors are gorgeous but damn hard work. They never seem to get tired out :s
Boxers can get painful & degenerative joint problems later in life because of the selective breeding :(
The malamutes look gorgeous and an owner once told me they are incredibly intelligent and gentle. Dunno if they molt a lot though?

If it's winter most of the year where you live - Malamute.
If you're willing to pay for good breeding - Boxer.
If you want an exercise partner - Labrador.
