Do you want to save changes?

.. Does anyone have any way to permanently disable this dialog box in all of Microsoft Outlook? It's driving me absolutely mental, so any suggestions are welcome.

Sorry I meant all MS Office applications, not 'all Outlook', though it's especially annoying in there as it wants to save all new messages and I open up a lot.

I had understood that you could not disable it in Outlook without disabling it in everything
