can an enlarged liver stop me producing children?

when i was younger i was told i might never be able to produce children because i had an enlarged liver is this true?

What disease do you have which is causing the enlarged liver? An enlarged liver cannot prevent you from having children, but the disease causing it may. Please give more details.

An enlarged liver is no reason to not be able to conceive, unless its caused by certain hereditary conditions which may affect your ability to conceive. Is it just an incidental finding or part of a specific syndrome or disease?
