To people who have traveled. Where do you think people are nicer?

I'm from Michigan and from all the traveling I've done, I've found southern people to be a lot nicer. Except for Florida anyway. I also get hit on by more women there, Is that cuz of my Michigan accent. Michigan people are rude and depressed and stress about the littlest things. I can't stand it anymore. Such a depressed state. What are your thoughts? Where are you from?

I live in Holland and i can't stand it anymore here either, so i feel you. I would like to migrate to another country in europe but i haven't decided yet which one.
