I am in the third day of a nasty flu that includes fever and coughing. I noticed last night I had a red blotchy rash across my neck in the front but not the back and I ignored it. This morning it's still here. It doesn't hurt or itch, but what can it be? Maybe a heat rash from the fever?

you've not taken antibiotics or meds. for you flu? if so, you could be having an allergic reaction to something you've taken. Call your doctor and find out what's going on with you and know the answer for sure!!!

hi, I'm sorry you are under the weather. Normally when my children are running fever and have a rash it is due to an allergic reaction. Allergies can mimic flu-like symptoms. Benadryl is ussually helpful and they make a cream for rashes also.
