What EXACTLY is Israel doing at the Holy Mount that is so offensive? This is a sincere question.?

I don't need anyone explaining that it's just a bridge...I already know that argument.....I also don't need anyone using this as a forum to condemn Islamic barbarism....I already know all about it.

I'm an agnostic Jew, and I don't get it. I have seen a bunch of Islamic militants complaining about an attack on a temple, but I've not heard exactly what it is that they're doing that is so awful. All I've seen anyone concretely say is that a bridge is being built. I'd dismiss this as more Islamic extremist stupidity, but the King of Jordan, who is a rational and intelligent man, is also condemning it. What...and I mean what EXACTLY....is Israel doing that is destroying the Temple?

I read the link given to me supporting the Muslim claim, I read the link from Jewishgirl......

Apparently there is no reason to say the Jews are destroying the Holy Mount other then because they said so.

The only hard claim I saw from the Islamic source was that it should be Muslims doing the repair work.

This is clearly a political issue involving control over the holy sites, and has nothing to do with destroying the Holy Temple.

Israel is being condemned for doing what Israel has always done....caring more for the lives of those who wish them dead than those people care about themselves.

Of course, the fact that Waqf excavations under al-Aqsa have compromise the structural integrity of the South Wall of the Mount...not to mention the trove of priceless artifacts the Waqf has destroyed gets no press, no criticism, no condemnations form anyone.

Israel wants to rebuild Solomon's temple. However, now it is being said that the mosque is in the court of the gentiles so the temple could be rebuilt without tearing down the mosque.

The problem is that "The Jews" are the ones making a change to the Temple Mount. If Jordan was still in control of the West Bank and it was Muslims making the exact same changes, there would be no problem. It is just a lame excuse for radical Muslims to riot over.

Friend, I won't bring up anything that you know, But I will bring up something you don't know, & that is Israel will be getting all Their Promised land back very soon, From River Egypt to River Euphrates, Down to dedan & all of Jerusalem. Because That Dome of the rock will Be torn down soon by Israel, & then Israel will build their temple there.

The place is sacred for 3 religions. Only Muslims found the works being done, as offensive. Because Muslims are such sensitive pricks.... Don't you agree?
