Numbers vary according to sources, but the following seems to be an accurate number: Killed 3,500; Wounded 15, 250

confederate casualties reported to Lee at the time were:
2592 dead, 12709 wounded, and 5150 missing
current estimates are:
3903 dead, 18735 wounded, 5425 unwounded prisoners and 6802 wounder prisoners. I couldn't find any modern estimates for missing
