What evolutionary process did God's ancestors go through before perfection was achieved? How many generations of gods were there before a creation god was born? Should we actually worship those gods that came before him? If we worship the creation god could we unknowingly be inviting the wrath of the previous gods?

OK. I knew I'd get the intellectual lazy "God has always been there."
No, I'm not kidding with this question...I want you to try thinking. Use your brain and make a hypothesis. Going with a faith based answer is too easy...it's just a shrug of the shoulders.

Throughout time there have been hundreds of God's. Those who are in charge of what people are supposed to believe (the ones who make money off of this belief) cannot prove the existence of a single one. There is growing evidence that God's are the creation of man. Any God who has lost the ability to produce manna to feed the starving people of this world is far from perfect.

You got you answer, God hasn't beginning and not end, He is and has always been, God is Infinite, in his own consciousness, which he have, he is also infinity, and infinite of awareness?, he is aware of you, and what you are saying, there aren't offenses taking, for your question, God love skepticism, skeptics and questioners, about his way's ?, you need to decide in your own, though lol..., apparently you are trying to make God gift of Intelligence to you, valuable. Don't deny HIM(God), the pleasure to see and ear you questioning his methods, Life is God business and there is nothing we can do about it, other than work hard, and with all of our hearts, to please HIM(God), to become and achieved his desires for man to achieved and pursue, don't persecute him but yet, pursue HIM(God).<< HIM(God), will bless you, be respectful. There are not previous God, why?, worshiping creation if you can worship your own question for a bit, to understand your self. as well that putting things in order. God bless you, in Jesus name. If God had ancestors but they didn't provide us with an instruction book like God did, how could we be expected to worship them?

God always was and will always be.
God existed before the earth was formed and before the sun was lit. God will exist when the fiery sun goes out and when the earth is on fire.
Man will always try to make God as small as himself.

If we assume that this God exists outwith the normal laws of time and space then there would be no such thing as before or being born- he might always have existed.

Hehe, I doubt you'll get the answer you are looking for. There is/has/will always be only one God, who wasn't created and who is eternal, no beginning or end. All the best with that.
