No, but why not try a turkey sandwich (60 cal) on reduced calorie, high fiber bread (70 cal) with a piece of reduced fat cheese (35 cal), and 1/2 a cup of cut watermelon (25 cal).

Same number of calories (200), but an actual well-balanced meal.

It depends what else you are eating for the day. To lose weight, you need to reduce total calories and to gain weight, you need to increase total calories. So if you eat what you normally do, plus adding a special K bar at lunch, that will increase your calories, and you will likely gain some weight. However, if you normally eat 2 pieces of pizza or something else higher in calories, and you switch to a Special K bar instead and your other meals remain the same, you will reduce your calories, and lose some weight.

If that's your whole lunch, no. THey're under 200 calories.
