Are you a member of the CLEAN PLATE CLUB? If you are, resign immediately. Also use push power, push away from the table BEFORE your tummy gets the message that you have had enough to eat!

Also take notice of how much water you drink, drinking water also has a tendency to make you feel full, and helps flush your body too.

If you can add some extra steps or exercise to your day this would help also, and none of this really cost any money, so that should not be a factor.

IF you like boiled eggs and cottage cheese, these would be good to have on hand for a snack, I wouldn't try to eat just boiled eggs and cottage cheese, I did that when I was 18, I'm now in my 50's and just now am back to where I have added these back to things I like or will eat.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Losing 20 pounds in 3 months is going to be tough. More than two pounds a week is unrealistic for most people, so that just does not leave you a lot of wiggle room.

Keep your over all calories down. Use this formula to find your BMR (how many calories you need to exist.)

655 + (4.3 x weight in lbs.) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

If you eat this number of calories, you should lose weight because it doesn't take into account any calories you may burn through silly things like walking to class or even thinking real hard. It certainly doesn't take exercises into account. Most people burn 30% or so more calories in a day without exercise so...

Also, it should go without saying, but don't eat junk.

First off you have to do it the healthy way... No pills is a good start.. Reducing your calorie diet no more than 1500 calories per day. Eating fruits and veggies.. Always eat breakfast that helps your body create energy to burn off extra fats.. Work out daily about 30minutes a day.
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING: Speak with your physician.
Otherwise eat healthy foods and exercise is the only and best way.. Plus your hair, nails and skin look great..

I recommend the Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian Smith on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. I have been doing Phase I for the last 9 days and doing at least 2 hours of cardio a day and I've lost 16 pounds. I never feel hungry and there are lots of tasty recipes.
