It all depends on where you go. Usually the ones that the school has done aren't too bad in price. Mine came out great and weren't too expensive...that was 10 years ago though. OMG! Thanks for reminding me! Ewwwww, I feel old now darn it!

To get a good senior picture by a professional photographer will cost you a few hundred. It all depends on who you go to, but expect it to be at least 200-300. My sisters were about 450.

A very good one $100-600.
Call a local bridal store in your area. They will have a list of great photographers. Be sure to bring you and press your cap and gown...You will want some of those. Trust me.
