i realy like this boy how hangs around i our study room at college i always chacth him looking at me and my friends!!!i want to go and talk to him but i am very shy and dont now how to start a conversation!! please help!!!

dont be afraid,he probably like you guys.
go talk to him,get to know him,give it a while and THEN let him know you like him,just give it some time to get to know him

"Hello" is a very good thing to start a conversation. And it is very hard to mess it up. Men are simple beings, and like dogs, love a good pet. but in a mans case, a good pet is in the form of stroking his ego. that means giving him compliments, and being flirtatious.
But be sure and give him a good 3 weeks minimum of dating
before sleeping with him. This will give you respect. Very important.

Ask him to help you study for something, that gives you a range of subjects to chat about. Then you can ask him to be your study buddy for so-so class. If you get this far, ask him if he wants to go to like you know, a local pizza place or something to study. BOOM your first date :D Good luck.
