I am so sick of getting picked on for having fat legs. I have tried everything in the work and it really sucks. My chest is completely flat and kind of bony. My legs a really fat and lardy. I lose all my weight from my upper body and why is this. I am getting so sick of getting picked on day to day. I am on a diet and exercise 13/14 days in two weeks for 1.5 years about 1 hr. each day. I am really sick of not seeing no improvement. I am hungry and fat and tired!

Dont be sooo sad about what others say, everyone is an individual and try to accept yourself as you are, try to love your body and dont starve yourself or exercise till death!!!!
maybe your body has gone to an extreme because you exercise everyday and especially some kind of exercises make your legs more muscle so they look fat.
dont starve yourself, everything needs time. eat every 3 hours small portions and make your exercise routine 4 days a week not everyday. then later on after a month or 2 increase your exercise. I think you need relaxation more.

also dont forget that if we are not perfect, we can hide a lot of things:-) find out what kind of clothes make you look thinner especially your legs, high heels are good too.....

but the most important thing is to relax and be happy with your body. Nobody is perfect:-)

i am having the same problem as you are and i'm currently going to the gym. maybe the exercises you are doing are not focusing on the various parts of the legs, perhaps you should be focusing more on lower abdominal exercises, to name few basic ones- have long walks on treadmills, cycling, other than that try some weight lifting machines such as hip abduction both for inner and outter thighs, plus avoid seating too long during your working hours, involve in more walking activities. try taking stairs instead of elevators, cycling to work is more fun than driving and perhaps during any free time just join a dance class- salsa, line-dance.. these involve a lot of movement for the legs. good luck!

it's not your fault. it depends on where the body stores the fat. sometimes they store it in the abdomen, legs, thighs, etc... i'm not really sure about burning the fat off though. i don't exercise much myself.
