You need to gain some weight, I hope you are not asking if this regime will help you lose!
Where is your evening meal, you need to eat a meal in the evening, not just a snack. Please consult a nutritionist about the dietary needs to help you add some weight

Seems like a lot of peanut butter and crackers. Peanut butter actually has a lot of sugar in it and crackers are nutritionally empty - unless you make a point of getting whole grain ones. Also you have no fruit listed and only the vegetable at lunch. Try substituting one cracker serving w/ apple & peanut butter and ditch one peanutbutter and cracker for a yogurt - you can mix in a whole grain cereal to make it more interesting. Dont' forget to drink your water and a couple of glasses of milk. Where's your dinner? Soup is always a healthy dinner.

In a nutshell, NO.

I think it might be a fine plan for someone needing to lose weight.

But if you only weigh 94 lbs. at 5'4", you need to GAIN weight... not LOSE.
