Great! You are in the healthy range! Congrats!
Now, are you at the high end or the low end? If you are at the low end, then I'd suggest weight bearing exercises to increase your muscle mass. Things might be flabby because the muscles are not defined.
If you are at the high end, then you may have more fat to burn depending on your frame, so you are talking cardio. Either way, to get the body you want, you are going to have to increase your exercise times. Staying indoors, try picking out some DVDs, from Netflix, video store, even your library. Find one or two that you like, and then purchase them. Along with a couple of handheld weights, you can do a lot of exercise with that equipment for around $30, and it doesn't take up a lot of room.
Good luck!

The main problem is exercises is so boring that's why folks all join fitness clubs after Christmas but stop going three months later.
Try this (we found it worked great) set yourself a target of exercises and weight reduction you need. Then get someone to offer you what ever it is you want which you know you love but should not have such as a bar of chocolate at the end of the exercises.
Eat it and weigh yourself and you will find you have lost weight it really does work but you need that tempting thought in your mind that you are going to be rewarded at the end.

Muscle weights 2x More than fat, so if you lose your fat/flab with exercise, you'll build up muscle & therfore your BMI will still be in the healthy range. Get on the cardio machines to lose weight, and use the free weights to build up your muscle. Any trainer will help you with this at the gym & if you dont go to the gym, there are plenty of on line trainers to help you.
My friend is a trainer - go to her website www.oomphfitness.co.uk
