Hi i kept having this problem. Its probably a moisturiser or the soap you are using. I even paid out dear for some soap that is suppose to work and it was rubbish. Anyways I read somewhere eveing primrose oil is good, so i went mad and got a load of the stuff. Usually i cant use bars of soap as usually they burn my skin or make me break out in more spots. Anyways ive been using this for two weeks and my spots have gone and i have clear skin. The bar soap was only 24p from tescos and its better than the £30 i spent on the dear make. I got a moisturiser from superdrug in oil of evening primrose to and this is fab and contributes to getting rid of spots also. Its worth a try if it works for you like it did me .

I have the same problem as you, it makes you feel horrible doesnt it...

I've tried a number of things-ive found as i didnt have that many it best not to go mad on things (i.e using too many products), ive used most of them and none of them seem to do anything for me. I never usually go for cheap things but recently i just brought the (Tesco, Vitamin E [[Clenser]]), this has made my skin so much better, and has cleared up some of them spots. I would reccomend that at the moment [[Cleanse, Tone and Moisterise]].

Good Luck

I will tell you that some people are allergic to antiplaque toothpaste. My daughter was and always had acne around her mouth area. I read this in prevention mag. and she stopped and so did the acne. So, use witch hazel instead and maybe a little dab of antibacterial ointment on weekends, always change your pillow case often, it spreads bacteria on the face even if you keep your face clean. Good luck.

A really good range to use is dermalogica, they do quite a few products for breakouts including there anti-bac range. I would recommend you go on their website where you can find your nearest supplier. If you get in contact with them they should be able to offer you something called 'Face mapping' which is a detailed look at your skin, from this they will prescribe the best products for you.

Due to sun exposure for a long time, these spots are early signs of skin aging. But it's not loo late for some remedies or treatment, you can use Releaves Herbs Kojic Acid Soap from mushroom or Releaves Glycolic Acid soap extracted from sugarcane and multi-faceted acid fruits which has a high amount of Alpha Hydrocy Acid (AHA).

That said soaps are excellent to removes spots, freckles, reduce wrinkles and any kind of skin blemishes. It's best for whitening and smoothening of your skin. For further information of these products, please visit http://www.releaves.blogspot.com

Thank and more power!

OK, this may seem a little odd, but has always 100% worked for me, when you get the odd spot, use a pin to prick the spot and leave it, then use whatever lotion you use for daily cleanse i found neutrogena is really good, and by the next day if its not completely gone, its gone!

Godd its hell isn't it?? I went through exactly the same stage, I tryed every over-priced spot cream/wash money could buy. Finally we came to the result of the docs. I was like what is she going to do? You go to the docs if your ill not for spots. I went anyway, the doc prescribed me the bacteria killing antibiotics, and 2 creams called, skinoren and zineryt. Every since my skin has been fine! Good look xoxo

toothpaste just makes them worse and dries out your skin. freederm facial cleanser and face gel is brilliant you can find it in boots stores-i suffer from mild acne and within 2 weeks of using freederm my skin was smooth and completelty spot free. also clearasil 3 day action cream is great too however it will bring out your spots before clearing them and it really does work in three days. also avoid wearing a lot of makeup

the clearasil 3 day pads are very good and clear up spots in no time. unfortunately i have loads of marks from previous spots and horrific amounts of blackheads on my nose that these dont work on!
