We went out before and I really like him a lot and he flirts with me a lot and I don't know if I should make a move. Or if I do make a move what the move should be.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are of high school age and you really want him, don't put your heart on your sleeve. Boys of that age group
So if you want him, ignore him. If you want to flirt, be SURE you don't really care, or he'll crush your heart like a dry leaf underfoot. Realize neither you nor he are ready for true love forever. Your brains aren't even done building until you are in your early 20s. Have fun now. The burning heartache and longings are hormones, very natural. Don't let them ruin your life, though. Believe me, there's a lot of time for the real serious stuff--so much time you'll be sick to death of it.
Check out some of the other boys around and practice your flirting on them. :-))) That will make him wonder...and that's what will get him.

I would make a move but don't know what i would do though. Ask him if he really truly does like you and if so go from there and if not just move on.

Make a move. The worst that could happen to you is you being rejected, laughed at, humiliated and having your self-confidence destroyed;having to withdraw from society and join a nunnery where you will preyed upon by sex-starved, butch lesbian Brides of Christ.

How do you really know he doesn't like you. Just make a move and move in for a kiss and see what he does.

Ok, you said "I like a guy and he told me he likes me, but he doesn't." If he doesn't like you, then give up pursuing a relationship with him. It's a waste of time, hunny. There are tons of available men in this world, so don't focus too much on a guy who does not like you. You deserve better.

If he has already told you that he doesn't like you, you shouldn't initiate any move. It would only make you seem desperate and easy.
