I love to watch it all, from the Spike TV programes to the PPV every 6 weeks or so. I love to watch George St-Pierre (Good Canadian Guy), I also enjoy Chuck "the ice man" Lidell.

I am way into MMA. I like watching the UFC and Pride. You should check out Pride (the Japanese version of UFC). There are a number of fighters over there that are just as exciting as those in the UFC. CroCop, Anderson Silva and Rampage Jackson were all Pride veterans before coming over to the UFC.
Chuck Liddell is my favorite fighter. I went to the same college as he did and used to train with him at SLO Kickboxing. All his fights are exciting and I'm never disappointed in his performances.

Fedor Emelianenko - Pride HW Champ, simply the best in the world
Mirko CroCop - the future UFC HW Champ (lost to Fedor once)
Antonio Rodrigo Nogiera - best submission fighter in MMA

Chuck Liddell - already explained
Mauricio Shogun Rua - the best LHW in the world
Rampage Jackson - this guy is freakin' hilarious, and pretty good

Anderson Silva - such good hands, he's a bad man

My favorite fighter right now is Michael Bisping. This guy is on his way straight to the top in the Light Heavyweight Division, and I love his entry music (London Calling by The Clash). He needs time to develope his game a little bit, but this guy was the best fighter in Europe and looked really good on the Ultimate Fighter and his fight at UFC 66. He will eventually contend for the championship title.

Georges St. Pierre is my top favorite but I also enjoy watching Anderson Silva, Mike Swick, Rampage Jackson at the moment. But it changes all the time :D

Right now; Mirko, Anderson Silva, Liddel and Fedor(Pride). I became a fan watching Royce Gracie fight not 1 but several fighters in one night who all outweighed him. Sometimes by several hundred pounds. He would take them down and submit them. Amazing how much the fight game has changed in less than 20 years.

Yes Cro Cop is a very cold and calcuating guy. He have to be, he was caught in middle of really bad war in Croatia. His home city got attacked so he and his family have to move without a pennies. He end up on anti terrorist team.
