I had a few friends over for dinner, we were sitting outside having a smoke and talking. I glanced inside the house and saw the cat was on the dinner table, I leaped from my chair and smacked into the glass arcadia door (just cleaned it), it knocked me back about 3 feet and gave me a blood nose.
I still have to hear about it whenever I see these friends.
PS. the noise did scare the cat off the table.

When I was a freshman in high school, I was on a local (co-ed) swim team. We practiced at several different pools. One pool we practiced at did not have locker rooms , so we had to wear our suits under our clothes. Once forgeting where I was I took my suit off while talking to a friend. I got it down to my ankles before I realized what I was doing. It seem like forever until I could get it back up. I think that qualifies as my most embarassing moment.

Fell down at a Water Amusement Park with my kids and skinned my knee I bled everywhere and people were looking at me like I was a freak
