I am positive he likes me. He always comes right up to talk to me when he sees me, he stands very close to me, closer then to others when talking to me, looks me in the eyes, I have caught him staring at me. I think I am just denying this because I am 20 and he is 18 and keep thinking its wrong to date a guy 2 years younger. I know if he was 20 and I was 18, I wouldnt be sitting her hesitating...Should I tell him how I feel despite the age difference?

Just tell him. Two years is nothing. Go on, tell him, but be prepared when his reaction is not what you expect.
