Get a glass bedding kit from Brownells or Midway or any other source. The directions are fairly detailed.

From past experience I will tell you it is better to use a little too much of the glass bedding and then clean it up than it is to use too little and have holes on the bedding. Use a lot of the release agent as well because if you don't you will have a heck of a time getting the rifle free of the stock.
