The question is not clear. Do you want some methods to teach students about the earth's rotation or do you want something that occurs due to the earth's rotation?
If it is the latter, you can have projects on time zones, time differences between countries, seasons and seasonal differences between countries, man-made satellites and their uses, GPS system and its application, etc.

here in our country, there is a program organized by government called Green Revolution. the teachers let the students plant trees on bare land owned by the government.
