now we can fight war at the speed of light with unlimited ammo, dogfights a thing of the past icbms thing of the past. will america be abble to handle this kind of absolute power?

You're Goddamn right we can. We've been doing it sense WWII and there's no reason we can't keep on doing it.

Well I don't know where you heard this story but if so the Presedent might be modest or something and say we will be to worked up about it unless its already happened. Then hopefully noone else makes them and america doesn't make some kind of empire with all of the power, then like all other great empires it falls. The reality is the future of humanity will change and possibly everyone will be at war, and all the good things you know willl change some for the better some for the worse. Its up to the U.S. Thanks for your time =)

Do you know that the Russians were doing heavy research in climatokinetics (capability to alter the weather)?. Then they can alter the weather by inducing continuous rainfall that will flood cities or induce continuous snowstorms to cover whole cities with snow. They can also create hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, etc.. Don't you think this is more scary?.
