I managed to do that once. I worked out every day. Mostly cardio, for around 45 minutes. I cut waaaay back on food. No snacking or eating because I was bored. Eating healthier and having smaller portions. Cut out soda and other sugary drinks. I drank only water and some skim milk. But unless you keep up with the workouts and change in your diet, the weight will come back on.
