Canada is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from where I live in Rochester, New York Arby973 It is on the other side of Niagara Falls. It is a "Country" all by itself. You pass through Buffalo, N.Y. which gets "allot" of snow each year over 130" or more per season.
Canada does have Canadian Marshall's that do ride horses, no they do not live in snow houses. it is a beautiful place that you must see at least once in your life. Be sure to bring your passport or you will not be allowed to cross the Border from the American side to the Canadian side without it. There is much to do in Canada as it is a tourist attraction and if you like to gamble you will feel like you are in Heaven with the beautiful Casino's that they have to offer. Go enjoy the experience!

Well, now, people are assuming you are from the U.S. They seem to forget that there people from all over the world can ask stupid questions. Your question makes you sound like you are about 10 years old. Yes people live in Canada. It has several different climates, but it has parts that aren't any farther north than Northern Europe. Some of the lower 48 states are actually farther north than some of Canada. Windsor, Ontario borders on Detroit, Michigan. Much of Canada has a very low population density, but there are also some major (and beautiful) cities such as Toronto and Vancouver. They have TV and Radio of their own, besides being able to get satellite transmission and imported programs from other countries including the U.S.

Canada is almost like living in New York except smaller. They live exactly like us with TV, cell phones, cars, and normal houses and apartments. In the north of Canada they have snow houses and eskimos. It is cold there, but they get almost the same amount of snow as people in Syracuse do.
Why don't you go there yourself?
