I have the same problem. With me I literally can't concentrate. What I do is set a timer for about 20 min. and study as hard as I can for that time. Then when that's over, I take a short break and do the same again. It works really well.

Hey! I'm pretty much the same but the trick that I found out that works is to start something and finish it that same day. For example, a bio project- I get all the research done one day, all the written work the next day and then put it together the next. With studying, break it up into bits. Like for Science, I'll study organic chemistry and go through past exams on that section in ine shot. Then I'll do physics and etc. By setting little goals it'll feel like you're accomplishing something everyday and you'll be more likely to go at it again the next day!

and the question that really needs to be answered is why do you need to study more??? i suggest there are many alternatives to the traditional "wisdom" of get good education and a good job and everything will be wonderful ----- best wishes
