I always speak English at home but the other members of my family also speak French. Sometimes my kids speak Swiss-German, but only when their friends are over.

We speak Japanese. My youngest daughter is autistic and was born here in the US, so we speak English to her. We have a neat little matrix set up that works quite well:

Wife and myself: Japanese only.
Wife to eldest daughter (born in Japan): Japanese only
Myself to eldest daughter: English only
Wife, myself, eldest daughter to youngest daughter: English only
