i am in an identical sitaution to you, i have lost 2 stone since starting and i want to loose another 1 stone and im loosing 1/2 a pound here then putting it on again the next week.
the only top tips i could say if your not already trying them would be to drink skimmed milk dont use spread on sandwhiches and eat the 0point healthy tomato soup for lunch. keeps your points down which keeps the weight down!
im actually considering stopping the diet just cos i feel that im not getting anywhere and i kinda think the weight will stay off if u eat the same its just will u have the same self restaraint if you dont have to be weighed every week! this is my only problem!
good luck

The smaller you are and the closer you get to a healthy BMI, the less weight you lose.
Someone 250+ pounds obese can easily lose 3-4lbs a week. Someone who is closer to a healthy BMI range will find it a bit more difficult to lose the last few pounds.
You just need to keep at it, even if it's coming off slow. Make sure you switch up your routine. You can pick a different time of day to exercise or switch up what kinds of cardio you do completely. OR, you can add weight lifting to your routine (if you haven't already). If you do the same thing, your body can plateau and get used to it--making the weight come off slower. So definately swtich things up if you haven't already... changing your routine every 2 weeks is probably a good idea.
Never done WW, but as long as you ate enough calories didn't starve yourself or lose weight unhealthily fast, then it should stay off (if you stick to eating healthy).

the amount you're losing sounds about right, it does slow down as you reach your ideal weight. Weightwatchers is great if you are a good points counter and once you reach your goal just try juggling a little, if you fancy something then have it just make sure its not all the time and you make up for it the next day. Well done on the weight you've lost so far and good luck for the rest!

Yes this is normal.
2 pounds is the max a week you can lose while still be healthy. But in "real life" woman tend to only loose 1-4 a month, and men 2-6.
It is also perfectly normal to be losing less now than when you first started your healthy lifestyle (I don't use the term diet, as many people equate this with short-term changes which the best way to be unsuccessful)

As you get nearer to your ideal weight the lbs are harder to get off. 1lb a week is a very reasonable amount to lose, well done on your loss so far
