you need to speak to and write to Experian to get a copy of your credit record.
if there are issues with accuracy of your record you then need to speak to the organisation holding the "black mark" against your name.

There is no quick fix to poor credit.
Do you really think that you can just write to the Court and they'll say " Oh OK Mr Smith we'll remove those CCJ's for you?"
If CCJ's are there by mistake then of course the agency will remove them, however, you say CCJ's in the plural which makes me think there is more than one. This suggests that you have simply not paid your debts.
There are companies who will say they can fix your credit, this is bollocks, they will simply suggest you have an IVA. This does not fix your credit, it is simply an arrangement between you, the company and your creditors, you may not have to pay back the whole debt and the interest may be frozen.
Do not be fooled into thinking this is a quick fix. There is no such thing, your payment history stays on your file for 6 years regardless.
The only way is to pay back your debts, on time and in full as agreed by you when you signed the credit agreement.
You cannot have them removed even if you have paid the debt, once there they are there for 6 years, it is a record of your payments on which prospective lenders decide whether or not to lend you money.

RRM is absolutely right. Once a CCJ is issued, you have just 28 days in which to pay it and avoid it going on your credit file. From Day 29, it will go on file and stay there for six years, whether it is paid or not.
No one, other than a county court judge, can remove it from your file and that would only happen if it was put on file incorrectly in the first place.
Please do NOT waste your time, money and emotion on these idiot companies who claim they can get a ccj removed - because they can't!

The problem is that all your old misdeeds stay on your report for years, there is no way to 'fix' this (unless you have a time machine). Be aware of these so called credit fixers. All they can do is challenge entries on your report and hope that the creditor never replies (unlikely).. All they really do is take your money. The best you can do is to pay off all your debits, keep the accounts open, and never charge another dollar. Your partner would have a much easier time buying the house himself. When it comes time for a bigger house in the future, your credit will also be perfect and you can own it jointly.
