What good fading cream I can use to remove dark marks and spots?

I have little scars and insect bite alergies. The mosquitos bite up my skin, I scratch and irritate them(but I can't help to).

If you ahve insurance then go to a dermatologist. Otherwise Good Luck cause I tried once to look for fading cream and found nothing over the counter. I was even going to oreder through the internet and chickened out!

i dont remember how it's called in english. I know it called Concha Nacar in spanish...its a sea cream. It really works.
