I am considering the ABC Musical Toddler Swing, but can't find any reviews on it.

I bought my daughter a swing from Kmart, I think the brand is Step One. It hangs from the swingset, or it could hang from a tree or other support. It has back supprt and high sides, with a 5 point safety belt so there's no falling out. She's three it still fits her. It was less than $20.

Something with a harness and a high back would be best. Im not sure on brands.

I like the little tikes one, also any one that has a high safety rating.
