Ive tried all the online translaters i could find.

It can be translated as "Do you have longer than this?", or "Is there longer than this?". To me, it seems to be an incomplete question, as it didn't mention what object is being referred to.

It can be rude, if you show your "thing" to a lady, then ask the question "มียาวกว่านีไหม"?. You know what I mean? ;-).

มียาวกว่านีไหม means "is there any longer"
