I flirt, but he's so clueless(in a good way though). I really want to tell him, but at the same time I don't because like half the girls in are grade like him.

Guys are guys- complete idiots! But that's why we love them...
Since he hasn't picked up on your hints, it's time for action!!
Organise group outings with mutual friends, that way you can start getting closer outside of school and it'll be a chilled atmosphere. Then set one of your friends up with a guy she likes, but in order to make it less pressurized make it a double date (see where I'm getting up) and since you don't have a boyfriend... and he's a close friend... ask if he'll join you.
After all it's for Susy! Then give the two some space and you'll have your own space- see if he can take it from there...
