Get some more exercise. I know you said you don't have time, but it doesn't take a lot of time. Take 15 minutes during lunch and go for a walk. Take another 15 minutes after dinner. Or, go to bed a little earlier and wake up a little earlier. But somewhere in your day, find the time to do some exercise. Even just small things add up. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park farther away from the store in the parking lot than you normally do.
And eat healthy. Cut out sodas and sugary snacks. Drink water. Eat veggies for snacks. Eat more often, but smaller meals. This keeps your insulin level more in check, and you don't get as hungry.
Finally, there is now good quick way. It takes time and a lot of work. But, the end results will make it all worth it.

First of all I don't believe that you can't find time for 20 minutes a day of cardio and that's what it's going to require! You can try modifying your diet along with some small tricks that I will mention that may help but I seriously doubt it will give you the weight loss results you seek.
1. Diet: No more junk food.period! No more simple sugars, chips, fried foods etc. You know what healthy food is and for optimal weight loss you have to follow a clean diet, low fat, low calorie, low carb rich in protein, vegetables and fruit.
2. Park as far away from the door whenever you go anywhere! Take the stairs, never the elevator. Don't just sit and watch T.V. do crunches while you watch. Whenever you have free time utilize it to get in some cardio instead of sitting inn front of the T.V. or computer. It takes alot of hard work and dedication to have a fit body it's all in what people are willing to do to get it and most are not willing to put in what it really takes to achieve that lifestyle.

Try walking at least 30 minutes a few times a week. Watch what you eat. Cut back on the sugars, eat whole grain, cut out fried foods stay away from the whites like potatoes, white breads, rice. Realize that it's a life style change. Don't starve yourself . Eat some sweets once in a while, just not the whole cake. Don't give up if you mess up. Just start over the next day. I lost 41 pounds doing this. Oh yeah drink water not soft drinks.

Time and time again out comes another diet "solution" if you will. As exciting and promising as they all seem, they never work long term. The ONLY answer to losing weight and keeping it off is the combination of exercise and diet. By diet I mean watching what and how much you eat. A program like Weight Watchers teaches you how to develop healthy eating habits. As far as exercise goes...it is hard to find time because we all lead such busy and hectic lives. I get to the gym by 5AM so I can be home by 6:15 to get myself and my daughter ready to leave the house at 7:15. Exercise is not always convenient but it works and it makes you feel so good. If you cannot make it out of your house to a gym, try some exercise videos. Be sure to purchase a variety of videos, pilates, yoga, aerobics...so you don't get bored. I wish I had an easier solution but there is not one. Again, the combo of exercise and diet is the answer. It's not easy, but it is worth it!

Find ways in your day to deliberately exercise. Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Walk to the store instead of driving. Park at the far back end of the parking lot.
Make time for exercise. Take your family for a 20 minute walk, for example, even around the block. Volunteer to walk the family dog if you have one. Put an exercise bike in front of the TV, and only watch if you're riding.
Talk to a nutritionist or dietician about what you eat, and make changes to eat healthier. Sign up for weightloss programs like Diet Center, Weight Watchers, etc.

There is NOTHING you can buy in the store (or by prescription) that is going to help you lose weight WITHOUT exercising. It's impossible. You HAVE to exercise and eat less if you want to lose weight. It's a fact that is the ONLY way weight will come off. Everyone has the time to exercise--including you. IF....it's important to you. Is it? Then you will find the time. If not, then I guess your weight doesn't bother you enough.........yet.

Since you don't have time to exercise, diet is the key. Most weight loss products and fat burners don't work without a good low fat moderated carbohydrate diet. Many diets are out there that work good, but South Beach might be the best I've seen for the people who don't have the time for exercise.

Check out an anti-yeast diet. It is so strict, that it will drop the weight off of you, without exercise. You can exercise while sitting. Check out exercises for paraplegics. Even just 5 minutes twice a day (I do tai chi warm ups during my morning or afternoon break) will do a lot.
For info about yeast diets, check out the library link at www.hufa.org.

You must be able to set aside even 30 minutes out of yor day. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and do a quick work out routine and eat healthier and you will be able to lose weight. There is no quick fix for losing weight, you need to work at it. The first step, if you really want to lose weight is to put aside even a little time.
