how do i get hold of the pictures that are automaticaly saved in my computer,and how do i delete them?

Kinda lost on this one, do you mean the ones that go into your temp files folders as you are viewing pages? If so, go to your windows directory and find the temp internet files folder and the delete them, OR go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Temporary Files, and then delete cookies.
