There used to be a train direct from Gatwick to Glasgow, but I think Virgin has stopped it for the Winter.
Try Virgin Trains it goes across country via Reading, Oxford, Crewe, Lancaster. It takes a little while longer but you can pick up some really cheap tickets if you book ahead by at least 6-7 weeks, know what time your going and can stick to certain trains.
If not, Gatwick to Vic, underground to Euston, Euston - Glasgow Central. again book in advance for cheap seat!
Or try the coach.

May I suggest taking a train?
I have done the trip to Edinburgh from London a few times and the train always has been easier and faster overall. No long check-in times and security issues, delayed flights, etc.
Not sure where it goes to in Glasgow but would presume you arrive in the city centre.
It is also usually far cheaper than BA.

You can get a train (FCC) from Gatwick Airport station direct to Kings Cross (Thameslink) station. Then the GNER from Kings Cross (main station) to Glasgow.
You should be able to buy the ticket for both journeys together from GNER.

British Airways? (if you book early enough, they are often not that much different in price to the Easyjets...)
