The Democratic led House will pass a non-binding resloution saying they have no faith whatsoever that the troops will be able to do their jobs and they should all leave.

Do you think they terrorists will just post this resolution on their websites, or will they also make posters out of it for moral support and justification for their fight against America?

If Democrats had any integrity and conviction, they would vote to cut funding and make President Bush return the troops home. But since they have no conviction, they will just pass a piece of paper demoralizing our troops and emboldening the terrorists.

Good job, Pelosi!

Pelosi is giving aid and comfort to the enemy while underming the efforts and morale of our own troops.

I wonder if she'll remind everyone she was the ranking Democrat on the House Select Committee on Intelligence that recommended that the House support the war. She had all the raw intelligence and supported the military action in committee. WHile she didn;t vote on the floor to support the military authorization she didn't speak out against it either... which amounts to the same thing.

your childish side is showing. The terrorist know the situation and they know they haven't won. The insurgents have won as they can and will continue on with there little civil war and when it's over the AlQaeda types will be given the boot as they are there to give training to the insurgents. There is no use in pouring endless amounts of blood and money down this hole just so you can say we didn't run. The truth is we are going to leave the difference is do we leave with the losses we have now or do we simply build up more losses in the future for the same result a fractured Iraq. I do agree the DEMs should cut funding for all military activity in Iraq except for a immediate withdrawal thus if Bush pulls some financial smoke and mirrors to keep the troops in Iraq he can be immediately impeached and removed from office which is the other thing I want to see.

Lending Aide and Comfort is an inflammatory term that has no basis in your argument. Since I will assume that you serve, then you should know the meaning of that term as taught to you in SERE. Having the legislature argue the actions of the executive branch is far from that. Having a country where this is the norm is why I am proud to serve.

The actual debate is not about if we can do our jobs, it is about what job are we being asked to do.

There is a system of checks and balances instilled in our constitution, and it is long overdue that we use them to support our troops by not having us fritter on forever without realistic objectives, tangible goals, and an accomplishable mission.

why are they wasting their time and our money on something that does absolutly nothing when they could be doing their jobs like voting and debating on bills and laws that need to be passed?

non-binding = non-productive. good thing the people really don't rely on them to get anything done.
