In my culture the man gives flowers. But when you think we give everything the engagement ring ,the valentine's gift, etc....
WE do all that in payment for that body . And the occasional Tie and shirt at xmas and father's day.
A man that accepts an expensive gift from a woman is called a gigolo. The more expensive the gift to the woman the greater the love will be in return.

Usually the male gets the flowers for the female. Although some women get their men flowers. I bought my husband flowers for sweetest day about 5 years ago and he acted like he liked them, but I know he didn't. So get your guy something else.... Unless he is a gardner

Traditionally, it is the man. A flower is a symbol of femininity therefore, it is given to a woman as not only a sign of love but also a sign of worthiness (if that is the right word) in the eyes of the male.

I think that a man gives flowers.. I would feel weird giving my Husband flowers.
