I give people rides, but can i just put in a meter and charge a regular fee..i live in the small town of Michigan and lots of people need the ride to places,,u thinks i am legal

You need a commercial drivers license with a people carrying section. If ou charge, you are not legal. Even if you give rides t over 5 at a time you are not legal.

thats illegal! you must have a drivers license which allows you to drive public transport vehicles. Your car/unit must have the proper franchise or license to operate as a taxi. That includes the necessary insurances for the car and passengers you transport. Taxi meters should also be calibrated in accordance with the approved rates published by the proper authorities in your area. Road courtesy counts a lot too..

No,you are a dumb as you're on your way to shelter behind bars already doing such illegal things! To be a taxi driver, you need to get a proper licence after fulfilling all requirements!
