The reason I'm asking is because I know that on Monday evenings they update their info and almost always on a Tuesday morning when you check your status, it will go from a general refund date to a more specific direct deposit date. I efiled my return on Feb 1 and according to the IRS efile chart for direct deposit, I should have my refund deposited on Feb 16. But, my status on the site still says Feb 20, which it has said for over a week now, and that is a Tuesday, and they only do direct deposits on Fridays. I am in limbo waiting, like a lot of you, (I know!) and wondering if maybe they have not updated their info yet?

Updates on wednesdays and will be deposited on friday.

Well I have been checking WMR all week. At first it said they recieved my return and if there are no errors then I will get my refund by Feb 2. then I checked it today and it said that it is set to be deposited on Jan 29 and if I don't received it by Feb 3 call and check with Irs. So I am still wanting to know that the day I will have the money or what??? Guess I will see this friday. Good luck to those still waiting:)

They do their deposits on Friday, but like they said, it can take your bank up to 3 days to process the refund and put it into your account. So those three days will put it to the following Tuesday.

Mine is showing the same thing however when my efile was accepted I was given a date 2 days sooner than that. It is somewhat frustrating.
