Most of the time. On the weekend's I splurge and allow myself to eat crap. Not to much though. It's amazing that when you spend five days eating healthy you start to crave the bad things less and less.

I try to put on weight, because I'm about 5'2, size 8 and about 7 1/2 stone. So I never really go for healthy option sandwiches or anything like that. The fruit in M & S does have a healthy logo, does that count? I often have cravings for sweet things and I never ignore those cravings.
But I do like salad and fruit. So the answer to your question is: not really, but sometimes, only if I fancy that type of food, I don't eat it because it is low fat.

There's generally two types of personality when it comes to food. The first group (the majority) link food to pleasure and indulgence hence poor eating habbits. Every time they are little stressed or tired here comes the junk.
The second group think their body is a temple and only deserves the best. Food is seen as a source of energy and vitamins to enable your body function at its best.
I'm closer to the latter with very rare treats once or twice a month on average. I would only treat mysle to something that's really worth it though, like chocolate fondant in a fine dining restaurant or Maison du Chocolat truffles (salivating) or some spagetti lobster and not a some poor quality chocolate bar or sandwiches or sugary cereal (yuk).

Wow everyone on here really is a health freak - I think some of you are lying though.
The closest I come to eating healthy is frozen strawberries on top of my gateau. Oh, and to be fair I do have a roast dinner with all the veg and trimmings on a sunday.

I will almost always choose the lower fat version of a savoury product if there is a choice - such as soups etc.
Dont tend to eat many biscuits or chocolate - but always the full fat version for them otherwise whats the point? A little of what you fancy.....

kind of but quite often what makes them low fat etc can also be bad for you. I try to eat fresh and pretty healthy but i want good tasting food so i would always be swayed by taste rather than calorific content

Yeah, I always read the ingredients and buy organic when I can. I have learnt to do this over the years because I'm allergic and over-sensitive to lots of things and it just makes sense to go for the healthiest purest ingredients possible.

I'm a veggie and I try whenever possible to buy organic stuff but with all the GM crop nonsense about it's hard to know if I'm doing myself any favours.

yep.
no meat, no alcohol, no refined foods.
no sugar, no additives & no colours.
i only eat fresh veggies, fresh fruit & drink oodles of water.
& my body repays me with clear skin, silky hair & less bugs/viruses that do the rounds come winter.
