Husband has same problem. You need to have it looked at again, it's been two years. My husband's is a cyst, there's nothing that can be done about it. Maybe antibiotics, but it's better to have to checked again. See a urologist, if you primary care doctor isn't a urologist tell him or her that you want a referral just to be safe. Get a copy of previous results of ultrasound to hand carry with you to the urologist for continuity of care.

I had a small lump as well when I was around 26 or so. It does cause some discomfort now and then but would only last for a few days..If it were to last any longer then that I would definately have it rechecked.

Go back to the Dr.

Anytime a lump, a freckle or a mole change in size or if they start to cause pain it's best to have it checked out. Don't wait!

If it's nothing, you'll only waste a trip to the Dr., If it's something else, waiting could be disaterous. Ask Lance Armstrong...

simple, if the lump is causing discomfort now, that is a change. changes in lumps mean doctor visits.

I don't know how old you are but a friend's son died at age 10 of testicular cancer. He was too embarrassed to tell his parents.

I'm glad you've been to the doctor but you NEED to go back and have it checked. It's good that you're concerned.
