I was hit by someone who has claim falut. They did a u turn in the middle of the street and ran direclty into me. (T-boned me) It has been a few days and now I am starting to have some major stiffness and pain. The insurance company at falut is interviewing me today. should i tell them I had another accident where i suffered back injury 15 years ago?

If I were you, I would not give a recorded or written statement to the claims adjuster. The best thing to do is tell him how the accident happened and what your injuries are. Don't withhold info about the prior back injury. People who injure their backs are fifty times more likely to have another back injury.
If you seek medical treatment, you will have to tell doctors about the old injury, so the adjuster will get the information from their records if you do not give it to him.

DO NOT VOLUNTEER ANY INFORMATION WITH ANYONE, ESPECIALLY INSURANCE CO! They only know about us what we tell them. Never satisfy their curiosity.

dont tell them unless they ask you, if they ask and you dont tell them and they findout, it could be bad on your part
